Strategic goal #1

Our first strategic goal for 2022-24 is to actively search for opportunities to address our five priority areas:

1. Attainable housing

2. Childcare

3. Technology access

4. Poverty reduction

5. The environment

Our second strategic goal for 2022-24 is to facilitate a community-wide vision framework, with an organizational alignment of entities toward that vision.

Our third strategic goal for 2022-24 is to assess and improve board practices and committee structure for optimal success toward our mission, including:

• Meeting on a monthly basis

• Integrating an Impact Committee

• Focusing every other meeting on community challenges
